Rostock, 13 October 2025 — The OR Technology Group is pleased to announce that it has acquired VetEquip Ltd., a leading Irish provider of veterinary equipment, service, and support. This strategic acquisition significantly enhances the footprint of the OR Technology Group in Europe and reinforces its commitment to investing in the animal health sector. It is an important milestone in OR’s strategy to build a global champion providing multimodality instant diagnostic imaging solutions to the veterinary market.

VetEquip has a well-established presence in the Irish veterinary equipment market, providing direct access to products, services, and support for veterinary professionals.

By teaming up with VetEquip and integrating its capabilities into OR Technology’s operations, the group will be able to strengthen its position as a leading provider for multimodality instant diagnostic imaging solutions in the Irish market and at the same time enhance the technical capabilities, particularly in servicing and repair with improved response times, as well as increased support capacity – areas that are becoming increasingly important for veterinarians.
