OR Technology Acquires VetEquip Ltd, Strengthening European Veterinar Presence

OR Technology (Oehm und Rehbein GmbH), a global leader in digital imaging and radiography solutions, has announced the acquisition of VetEquip Ltd, a respected provider of quality assured veterinary equipment in Ireland. The acquisition further expands OR Technology’s footprint in the European veterinary market and reinforces its commitment to delivering innovative imaging solutions and localised support.

Under the new structure, Celtic SMR Ltd, OR Technology’s long-standing UK distribution partner, will continue to work closely with both organisations to ensure a seamless customer experience across the UK and Ireland. The collaboration brings together OR Technology’s advanced imaging technology, VetEquip’s established client relationships in Ireland, and Celtic SMR’s extensive sales and service expertise.

Celtic SMR will continue to supply and support OR Technology’s portfolio, including its X-ray, ultrasound and digital imaging systems, ensuring continuity of service and ongoing access to OR Technology’s latest innovations.
